Our Response to Notices

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

Counter-Notice

If you believe content was removed in error or misidentified, you may submit a counter-notice containing:

  1. Your contact information.

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.

  4. Your electronic or physical signature.

We will forward your counter-notice to the original complainant. Unless the complainant files a lawsuit within 10 business days, the removed content may be restored.

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate accounts or access for users who repeatedly infringe copyrights.
